Was orginally going to order the less expensive 18" cylinder bore 12ga security barrel, but had read reviews at various outfitters saying these tend to be received with the blueing scuffed up. Decided to spend $170 to get the 20" vent rib barrel with accu-set choke. It arrived scuffed up, also. Not sure if this is a Mossberg packaging failure or what, but I called CTD and they said they'd send me a blueing pen at my suggestion, no quibbles. Can't ask more from them, as I don't want to send it back, and it's installed on a used safe queen anyway.
