about the only mag i could find for a new mini-14 i bought. had heard and read both good and bad things about this mag. bought one. shipping was quick. took it to the woods and put about 30 rounds through it with no problems. good finish and locks up tightly. probably buy another.

I bought a couple of these and none of them cycle bullets through the gun well. Several times the mag just fell out of the gun. It takes a lot of effort to get the mag to seat properly in the mag well. It seems like the spring might be the issue as discussed on other reviews of the magazine.

I shoot the cheap Russian .223 Remington TulAmmo. Threw this mag in and it worked flawlessly. Never jammed. I would recommend it to a friend. Cheaper than Ruger Mags and just as good. Tight fit, no rattle, and in and out just like Ruger mags. Speed loader friendly.

Bought one of these back in November or early December. I put it into my gun first to see how it fits and its a very tight fit and you can do it wrong where it doesn't actually seat properly also when taking it out its a PITA to do so it likes to hold onto the mag well of the gun something fierce. When I loaded it up it took some good effort but I got all 30 rounds in, when I put it in the gun it took several pulls of the bolt to actually chamber the first round but after that it cycled fine. When I was unloading the rounds manually without help from the rifle I noticed at times the spring and follower weren't actually pushing the rounds up and they would get stuck and need a bit of a but to get em going back up and several cases were dented and scratched. Needless to say Im not thrilled to take these out shooting and your best bet would be to go factory mags instead.
