I bought these for my Beretta CX4 Storm 9mm knowing that the magazines are interchangeable with my Beretta 92F Vertec. However, when I inserted the magazine into the CX4, I found that I couldn’t get the ProMag in far enough for it to latch because the plastic sleeve on the bottom of the magazine prevented full insertion. I discovered that, by sliding the plastic piece off and filing a very small amount of plastic from the top rear portion of the sleeve solved the latching problem. It is as simple as rounding off the square edge of the back top portion of the plastic sleeve. This is the only modification necessary to make the magazine latch into place on the CX4 Storm. This modification doesn’t change the interchangeability with the 92F. This was an acceptable solution considering the fact the same capacity magazine manufactured by Beretta and made for the CX4 Storm is more than double the cost of the ProMag! Save your money, take just a few minutes to perform this simple modification to the high quality ProMag. The only reason that I didn’t give this item five bullets is because I had to make the modification.
