The PMAG is a lightweight 5.56x45 NATO (.223 Remington) AR15/M16 compatible magazine. It features an advanced impact resistant polymer construction, a pop off Impact/Dust Cover for storage, and an easy to disassemble design with a flared floorplate for positive magazine extraction from pouches. The PMAG 30 utilizes a resilient stainless steel spring for corrosion resistance and an anti tilt, self lubricating follower for increased reliability.

The latest revision has been updated with a new body ribbing design which allows for better compatibility with aftermarket mag couplers, a new follower which provides even smoother loading with military stripper clips, and the Impact/Dust Cover can now be snapped onto the floorplate when not in use to prevent possible loss.

Note: Magpul has recently released the Gen 3 M3 Magazine. The magazines listed on this page are Gen 2 PMAGs with the dust covers. The M3 magazines will have a different part number when we receive them.

My order of 3 showed up today and I already put some rounds in one of them. Fast shipping and great price. Not ready to totally give up on my metal mags, but they seem solid. Bought them in OD green, because everyone has black and tan. Plus, I have a OD green pistol grip and rail covers on my Smith & Wesson M&P15. You won't be unhappy with them.

Just got these mags in today. I checked them in my Bushmaster AR15 and they fit perfect. The color is spot on in what I wanted. You can't beat the price for this good quality and i plan ordering more in the future.

Looks great, feels great in the hand(easy to grip) when changing magazine. But is not a tight fit in my armalite m15 rifle just too loose, too much wobble. To be honest TAPCO mags seem to be of better constuction.. I thought this pmag would be good considering all other magpul items I have purchased are of much better quality .
