The PMAG is a lightweight AR15/M16 compatible magazine. It features an advanced impact resistant polymer construction, a pop off Impact/Dust Cover for storage, and an easy to disassemble design with a flared floorplate for positive magazine extraction from pouches. The PMAG 30 utilizes a resilient stainless steel spring for corrosion resistance and an anti tilt, self lubricating follower for increased reliability.

The Gen 2 revision has been updated with a new body ribbing design which allows for better compatibility with aftermarket mag couplers, a new follower which provides even smoother loading with military stripper clips, and the Impact/Dust Cover can now be snapped onto the floorplate when not in use to prevent possible loss.

Note: Magpul has recently released the Gen 3 M3 Magazine. The magazines listed on this page are Gen 2 PMAGs with the dust covers. The M3 magazines will have a different part number when we receive them.

I have been stocking up on these for the past couple years. I think my arsenal contains close to 50 of them. They are durable, reliable, easy to load, and look great. I have four ARs (Spikes Tactical, Yankee Hill, DPMS, Olympic Arms) and these magazines work flawlessly in all. All the metal AR mags I have are now in storage.

Used these last week and again today for the first time. Simply the best except for the other Magpul mags with windows. You make the call on what you need and price you can pay. You can't go wrong either way.

This is a no brainer. Mags are cheaper than one mag full of ammo and they are top shelf. No jams, failures etc. If you need mags this is the one. Just went to range with 2 year old mags that have been loaded full (30 rounds) for the entire two years. They functioned flawlessly. Just ordered 10 more. Stock up before BO appoints another Justice and reinterprets the 2nd ammendment.

When I bought my AR-15, the salesman told me about these mags. They're great. No FTF or any other problems. Would suggest these to anyone. Thanks CTD for a great price.
