The PMAG is a lightweight 5.56x45 NATO (.223 Remington) AR15/M16 compatible magazine. It features an advanced impact resistant polymer construction, a pop off Impact/Dust Cover for storage, and an easy to disassemble design with a flared floorplate for positive magazine extraction from pouches. The PMAG 30 utilizes a resilient stainless steel spring for corrosion resistance and a anti tilt, self lubricating follower for increased reliability.

The PMAG MagLevel features transparent windows on both sides of the body and has a painted indicator on the spring for quick determination of approximate rounds remaining in the magazine.

The Gen 2 revision has been updated with a new body ribbing design which allows for better compatibility with aftermarket mag couplers, a new follower which gives even smoother loading with military stripper clips, and the Impact/Dust Cover can now be snapped onto the floorplate when not in use to prevent possible loss. Along with larger windows and round count numbers on the body, the PMAG MagLevel's stainless steel magazine spring is now coated with mil spec black oxide and the indicator coil painted with a high visibility orange color. Note: Magpul has recently released the Gen 3 M3 Magazine. The magazines listed on this page are Gen 2 PMAGs with the dust covers. The M3 magazines will have a different part number when we receive them.

Check out pmag vs chevy on youtube thats all you need to see to make you buy one of these mags. I bought these when they first came out and haven't looked back since. Standard gi mags are garbage compared to these. I have never had a single feeding malfunction with these mags and they are much easier on the hands to load and unload and they are the same price or cheaper than standard gi mags. I would reccommend these mags to everyone.

There are a couple of products and distributors out in the market right now that you just can't go wrong with... Magpul and CTD are two of those. The PMAG is in-flippin-destructabile and performs without flaw, every time. I wish I had these when I was in the service. CTD, as always, delivered with extreme efficiency and the price was RIGHT! I mean RIGHT. I bought 12. Way to go, CTD!

It's a PMAG. What more do I need to say? Good price, flawless function, mag level window, insane durability, and it's colored in sexy FDE. I'm ordering 5 more. You should do the same.

There are countless other reviews that have a lot more detail than I'll ever describe. Look up PMAG versus a Chevy Truck and you'll see what I'm talking about. No point in contemplating - just buy some already. Worth every penny!
