Works fine in my CM40. It sticks way below the bottom of the grip on the CM40, which is to be expected, but there are no magazine grip extensions for this that I can find. Only reason I'm taking away one bullet.

The model number is suppose to work in the Kahr CW40. They fire fine but the slide does NOT stay open after last round fired.
