Bought this for my birthday. I've got a RIA 9mm that came with a Check Mate mag. The Check was fine, but I prefer the Mec-Gar. They use a thick gauge steel. Makes it feel tougher. Never had any issues loading or unloading. Best bang for your buck, if you can catch them in stock.

They look great, loaded smooth, but would not eject form Gun. I returned, Still looking for more mags that work... like they look ..
