Wow, have never had so much fun practicing my trigger pull and reaction time. No lamp in my house is safe. This snap cap type cartridge fit easily into the barrels of both my 9mm handguns (Ruger P89, Glock 17) and did what it was suppose to do; marked with a laser for a spit second on the wall where my barrel was pointing. Well built solid brass construction. The only con is the price of the cartridge itself is high, the batteries for it are cheap and common enough however. Have not tried the 40 and 45 cal versions, but can’t imagine any different results. Overall, this is a quality built training laser cartridge that while cannot simulate recoil will give you an accurate picture of how your trigger pull is affecting your shot. It is almost like setting up an in house shooting range. I can honestly say my accuracy has improved on the range due to this device.
