LaserLyte Ruger LCP Side Mount Laser Class IIA, 5mW laser with a 650 nm module is designed to fit the Ruger LCP, Kel-Tec .380 and .32. Includes four 377 1.5 volt batteries with an expected life of 5 to 10 hours; weighs .25 ounces and has a 500 yard range at night.

LaserLyte answers the growing demand for lasers specific to the increasingly popular conceal carry market with the new Ruger LCP Side Mount Laser (CK-AMF). At half the cost of a leading competitor, the CK-AMF fits on the side of the Ruger LCP and the Kel-Tec .380 and .32. Easy to mount on the gun by simply pushing out and replacing the stock pins with the new screws (included). Then push the ergonomic activation button with the index finger and the laser is on target. The CK-AMF design works also as a finger guide that allows for safe trigger control without blocking the laser beam. The programmable laser features a pulse or constant on mode and also has an auto-off function to prevent an unwanted battery drain. The side mounted laser allows the pistol to fit in virtually any nylon pocket holster. The new LaserLyte Ruger LCP Side Mount Laser is compact and light, and foremost – deadly

4.0 Rating Pretty close to perfect.. - 8/27/2011

Pro's: Easy to install, reliable, reasonably bright, durable, easy to manipulate. Con's: adds a little bit of weight (noticeable amount), protudes from side enough that will make holstering challenging, pins on the left side protrude, back pin makes contact with right thumb during firing. Fired about 100 rounds with this installed and had no issues. I have a high hand hold and the web of my right hand makes some contact with the replacement roll pin. With extended shooting it wears on the skin. Wouldn't be noticeable for lower hand position. Better design would have been to have the allen head built into the roll pin so it didn't protrude at all. Overall very happy, a few minor things but more then makes up for it with ease of aquistion of the laser for quicker more reliable shots.

5.0 Rating Awesome - 9/28/2011

It's much thinner than I'd expected. Bright, and easy to install. Has no effect on pocket or iwb carry. Incredible score for the price. Fobus holster can be easily modified for belt carry as well, it's the only holster I own for the lcp. Better looking/feeling than the crimson trace. It's Awesome!

4.0 Rating Good Initial Impression - 10/26/2011

I just received my laser and installed it on my LCP. Couldn't have been any easier to do, even a novice can push out two pins and replace them with the supplied pins and screws. It adds a little weight to it, and it increases the width, but it still fits ok in my pocket holster. The functioning is pretty simple, push button to turn it on, push button to turn it off. I haven't taken it to the range yet but I did do some minor adjustments to the windage adjustment screw to bring it left a little. Seem to work pretty easily. I'll dial it in when I get it to the range. I'm excited to see if I can turn this little pistol into a point and shoot without aiming. Even with the side laser installed, it's the smallest pistol I have.

3.0 Rating Like but Don't - 12/6/2011

I purchased this for my LCP in October. It is uber easy to install and it is compact enough to fit my pocket holster without any modifications. It appeared to point well, until I finally got it to the range this last Sunday. The vertical hold was pointing about 5 feet to the right of the target when the target was sitting about 4 feet away, and no manner of adjustment on the screw made any change. The horizontal adjustment worked ok, but not the vertical. So I called LaserLyte just a little while ago and the customer service rep I spoke with took my name and address and is sending me a replacement as well as a return label for the broken one. Can't complain about that. Just hope the one I got was not typical of the quality of this product. I really like it, but I'd really like it more if it had worked.

1.0 Rating Waste ! - 10/26/2012

This thing really sucked! Thankfully CTD refunded my money promptly! After receiving the item & installing it. (pretty simple to install) Within 11 hours of overnight storage & non use, the batteries were dead. Replaced them with the supplied batteries, they also became depleted by the next morning.(the laser was only on for no more than 45 seconds between each replacement. Benifit of the doubt, thought the factory batteries were old, after buying 4 batteries at the cost of $32.00, they were also dead by the next morning. Something wrong with the design, kept sucking batteries dead! Also noticed the brightness was pretty poor compaired to my crimson trace laser on my 9MM. Would not recommend this brand to anyone. Just my opinion due to the experience. However, CTD will keep by business.
