I was a bit disappointed to realize I hadn't checked closely enough to see that this is a magazine conversion and not a complete magazine. In the photo, the "magazine" part is greyed out. I should have looked closer. It's a small bit tricky to assemble, but comes with good instructions. The only reason I'm deducting one bullet is that it sometimes is hard to get it to click into the gun when fully loaded. However, I've put around 50 rounds through it and had no failures, so it does its job.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was hesitant, especially considering the keltec p3at is my first handgun. However, I did purchase and I read the instillation instructions. They were clear and easy to follow. All 7 bullets fit in just fine. I do have to push a little hard to get the magazine to stay in the gun, but that is the same without the extension. I love the grip extension. I don't really like the look, but it feels 10000% better in my hand.
