4.0 Rating Got a couple - 7/24/2014

I have too say, I was expecting ( you get what you pay for) but I have ran all of these a few hundred rounds each, no problems or jams, use good ammo ! Not that cheap dirty ammo! These where bought too strategically place around the house, with others, too the Mr Guy from Reno, maybe you have a bad mag, or the spring is too loose too expell the used round, try good ammo, I really have had no issue's , you do have a lifetime warranty, but try good ammo first, then a new mag, if you still have an issue, use your warranty, just trying too help, the high points are big and not a good conceal gun, I bought a .40 and it's way too big too carry, also, all of mine, total 4 Fs380s have great grouping at 25', good luck buddy :)

1.0 Rating worth $120? - 5/19/2014
Reviewer: Guy from Reno
I bought this gun a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for a small, inexpensive, semi-auto hand gun with a thumb safety. This is a terrible little gun. I ran probably a little under 100 rounds through it so far and had a misfeed with almost every mag. ALSO, an important note, the thumb safety does not work when there is a round in the chamber, eliminating the point for one. Maybe a good thing; I wouldn't trust that safely anyway. It weighs about 2 pounds. you might be better off throwing it at someone, I certainly wouldn't trust it for any kind of important duties. I should have gotten a High-Point. IT SUCKS...

4.0 Rating A Good Starter Pistol - 8/21/2015
Reviewer: Tony B
I picked up this pistol from my FFL last Monday, I took it home for inspection and cleaning before I put the first round through it. I wanted something fairly small that my girlfriend could use since she has never shot a gun before. I used snap caps to check out the action and was a bit worried, they didn't eject very well. I broke it down, which was very easy and straight forward, made sure everything was clean and well oiled, I even did a bit of deburing in some of the most obvious places. I took it to the range today not knowing what to expect, I was disappointed that the magazine would only hold 6 rounds not 7. I put 50 rounds of Winchester FMJ target ammo and about 18 rounds of Federal ammo through it, I must say, I was impressed, it fired every time no ftf, the spent casing did hang up on the last shot a few times but came right out when I tilted the gun, so far that is the only thing I could complain about, but I won't. Overall I will say for a 125 dollar gun, its fantastic, fun to shoot and fairly accurate once you get used to it. It does have a bit more recoil that I expected, but manageable. It's not a high end gun so don't expect that, if that's what you want spend more money, but for a starter gun or home defense I would recommend it. It's small enough to carry and packs a bit of a punch. This was my first transaction with CTD and it won't be my last, fast shipping good communication and very helpful staff, I did the live chat feature. Thanks CTD, looking forward to purchasing my next gun from you!!
