The Hogue storage kit works with the Hogue AR-15 / M16 / M4 Grip as well as the Hogue AK-47 / AK-74 Grip. It is water resistant and stores up to three SureFire 123A batteries or other accessories. Batteries Not Included.

The Hogue storage kit can hold many accessories including:
- OTIS as well as other cleaning kits
- The Samson tool kit
- 3 SureFire 123A batteries
- 2 AA batteries
- Bulkheads have slots to securely hold coin style batteries

I have a Hogue AR grip on my Ruger SR556 (came factory). This thing works well and seals tight. It came with two plugs/plates. One has the wire thingy with the battery holders and the other is just a plug. I personally use the plug and store a cleaning brush, Allen wrench and sight tool and they fit with no problems. I tried out the wired part and it holds things in place just fine. There is kind of a trick to opening it easily. Pull slowly to open, not just pop it out. The literature with it answered any questions I had. READ the instructions!!
