Perhaps it was a perfect storm, but this stuff rocks! At 400 yards with my DPMS LR308, I was punching holes in the bull and couldn't miss. This is the ONLY ammo I'll use for long distance (until I get my own loads to do the same). Great ammo!

I bought two boxes of this ammo to sight in for deer season, and to see what it would do for the dinner table. On opening day I dropped a small hog at around 500 yards with one shot. Latter in the season two does in the same morning went down under the crosshairs of my R25 between 300 and 350 yards. Both were instant kills. I know you're not supposed to use match bullets to hunt with, but if you can put the round exactly where it needs to be it doesn't matter what the bullet was designed for, it's gonna drop your prey. If you're a poor shot, don't buy this ammo with the expectation that it'll magically turn you into a Carlos Hathcock. This ammo should really only be purchased by confident shooters as it would be a shame to waste such great ammo on inexperience and poor marksmanship skills. The only reason I didn't give it 5 bullets is because it has a lot of recoil and smoke plumes out after every shot. The heavy recoil should be expected with the weight of the round and a tight twist ratio, but the smoke was a surprise. Looked like a muzzleloader.
