If I could give this fewer bullets I would. I wanted to put night sights on my 19 since this said that it would work for all Glocks and when you open it up it does look like it will. However, I experienced a bowing effect for the screw, which ended up ruining my factory sights, and would not allow me to add the new sights. Now I am seeking to find a new sight adjustment tool that will not bend under stress.

So..I have a G19 and a G23c. Bought the Tru-glo fiber optic sights. I got this to remove and replace rear sights..HEY..made by Glock..gotta work well with Glocks..right? Nope. When used to remove the rear fixed factory sights it destroyed them in the removal process on BOTH slides. To me it appears it didn't engage the side of the sight correctly. I blame the use of 'spacers'...which is NOT mentioned until you get this. The spacers allow both sizes of slides to be used. The problem is the spacers compress allowing the the slide to twist under pressure. Not only that but this WILL NOT push anything but sights that have the angled sides. This will not even push the Glock adjustable sights...it just bound up when used with the Tru-Glo fiber optic and Meprolight Tritium sights. This was unuseable and I HIGHLY recommend you look at one of the more generic rear sight kits. After finding this to be a fail..I went to Home Depot and got a nice benchtop vise for $28. Then found a brass drift...took some serious grunt work and very fine filing work..but I got the sights on. Look elsewhere my fellow CTD'ers....
