Although this MAY work in a 4th Gen G19, the spring is for the .40 G23. I ordered three and all were numbered 0-3-3 whereas the PROPER part for the G19 is 0-3-4. If you're using 147gr ammo or shooting +p loads, then this would be fine; may not work well for 115gr, as can be easily researched. Glock had issues with the 0-3-3 in the G19 and stopped using it two years ago.
