Not as pictured. Has one pair of belt slots, but this is fine with me (perfect rearward cant in my opinion). Nicely made, good retention (no adjustment). Actually makes concealed carry of the Governor very plausible, which is better than I expected. Only slight negative is that it's not quite as easy to reholster as I'd like - the "fishmouth" is a bit too flexible to allow for quick and easy reholstering (still possible with one hand, though).
