The thing simply works. Install was somewhat easy - getting the trigger pin back in was a little difficult, but never give up. 2nd try and it slipped in place. The ONLY complaint is there is no shut off switch, which makes practicing bothersome, as when trying to use the actual sights, there is a little red dot on the target bouncing around as you settle in. It was pretty much dead on out of the box as well. For those that complain about the fit of a Baby Glock in their hand, this is the answer. Adds just the right girth to the grip.
