Bought a size 5 holster to fit my Ruger SR9C. I first tried the holster as an IWB on my strong side at the 2 and 4 o'clock positions. The thick cell padding makes it harder to conceal, at least on my frame, hence the reason for only 4 bullets. However, it makes a great IWB small of the back holster if you don't mind a vertical draw. Also, make sure you don't lose the ruler/tool that comes with the holster. It helps to move the belt clip from one side to another.
