The BLACKHAWK! AR-15/M16 Oversized Trigger Guard is a drop in replacement that is enlarged to allow better access to the trigger, even when wearing gloves and eliminates the need to pivot open the guard in cold conditions. The Oversized Trigger Guard also fills the gap between pistol grip and rear of the guard. It is constructed of 6061 T6 aluminum with a matte, Type III hard-coat anodized finish.

This thing fits very well on my CMMG lower. Install wasn't too bad and the pins are taped to the back of the paper inside the package, so look sharp. I will buy more for future builds.

If you are looking for the biggest oversize trigger guard this is it. I looked at all the rest like Magpul, Troy, Midwest Ind., and Yankee Hill and the Blackhawk was the biggest and it is also aluminium, which I like. Many of the others only come in polymer. I wear 2X gloves and have big hands and have no problems with this guard. Fit is perfect on my Ruger SR556 which has the standard Mil-spec trigger guard.
