The Med pouch is a great little pouch for what you get. It is 6" x6" and expands out to about 2.5 think. The MOLLE attachment works very well. It will hold a good amount of items inside and the mesh fabric liners inside will hold the items in place without them spilling out everywhere once you open it. I give it a 4 because the price is a little high for what it truly is, But then that is what you get when you buy brand name 5.11... is folks "5.11" is just a brand name.
