The MOLLE type fasteners, which attach the pouch to your retainment system (or simple belt) are adjustable in about 1" increments, so it will fit snugly to a 1" belt or 2" belt, and reasonably to a 1.5 " belt. Up to almost 6". It only appears to hold two (2) magazines, not the claimed four. Also fits 7.62x51mm magazines.
