MOAB stands for Mobile Operation Attachment Bag and with the new Tier System (included on the MOAB 10 and 6 and sold separately) can rapidly connect/disconnect to any of our RUSH series of packs, DC Roller and bags with web platform. The MOAB's include similar features from our RUSH series of packs, including a top-access fleece-lined, non-scratching sunglass pocket, internal and external organizing pockets, key chain fobs, front and side web platform, flag and name tape Velcro, carry handle and hydration pouch compatibility. In addition, both the MOAB 10 and 6 include a tech pocket on the shoulder strap with an ear-bud eyelet pass-through, great for a small radio or smart phone.

After I bought the ZAP 6, I had to have this one. It is much larger and I took it to Mexico with me as a carry on. It is absolutely the best pack I have ever owned, with the ZAP close behind. I love the extra room and multiple zippered compartments available in the main pack area. The drawstring section is brilliant for a swimsuit or other items you want to isolate from the main compartment. The concealment pocket fits the largest of carry guns. I used a 5" Kimber Custom II and still had plenty of room for two extra mags. The iPod sleeve is as ingenious as on the ZAP 6; very secure and easy to access. The admin pocket is well planned and very useful. All in all, this bag is well thought through and extremely comfortable, even for an all day trek. CTD had the best price and the shipping cannot be faster. The only other shoulder bag that makes it in the top tier of the list is the ZAP 6, only because it looks more urban in looks. The MOAB 10 is sleek, efficient, well designed, and has MOLLE webbing all over to add whatever you want. Get 'em while they last!
