These are solid rings used to mount my Leupold 3-9 onto my Marlin 22 magnum bolt action. They fit very nicely on my gun and scope and I particularly like the star pattern screw heads. It comes with a wrench, but I found it easier to use my own with a screwdriver handle. I strongly recommend these rings.
