Bought this for my NEF single shot 12 ga. which is used primarily for home defense. Fore end seemed at first not to fit well but after careful alignment snapped right into place. A little oil at the contact points & it breaks open just fine. Butt stock fits pretty good. Would prefer a hexhead bolt to the slotted (flathead screwdriver) bolt provided. The only real knock on this is that once installed you can't look down the barrel without contorting or putting the butt plate on your face (not recommended). Luckily I already had a laser sight attached to this gun or this might be a 3 or 2 bullet review. Overall, I like the feel of it. Glad I bought it.

First off, let me say that this stock/forend DOES fit an H&R Junior Topper. I was so discouraged with my youth sized shotgun that I was about to get rid of it, until I saw this setup. Installation was easy as cake, and the included directions are spot-on. If you can work a screwdriver, you can install this with ease. The only reason I give this four bullets is because the part that adjusts on the stock is a bit loose. Not a big deal to me, but some may find it questionable. The fact that this has sling mounts is great, and I plan to utilize them fully, once I get a sling. Overall, this is a great product, with plenty of great selling points.

I put this on my .308 Survivor. Along with shortening the barrel to 16.5", the OAL, including a slip-on butt pad, is only 28.5"! It locks up very strongly and I really enjoy the adjustable length. I have a 6'2" wingspan, but I often shoot with others who are shorter than me by varying degrees, and I like being able to tailor the fit to everyone. I did not use the forend as I like the look and function of the original Survivor forend better. But, I bought this kit solely for the stock so that isn't an issue. I already sold another friend on this stock for his Handi Rifle also!

This stock is a great upgrade to your H&R Handi rifle.Well made and fits perfectly. This stock is a must have if you want to add a Harris Bipod.For maximum effective use order the recoil pad and heat shield,you won't be sorry.

This is a nice stock, very good fit,good looking. I put it on my 20ga. h&r single shot. The only down fall is the pistol grip comes loose after a few shots. The best way to fix it is with superglue. Works great know.
