I have a savage arms 12 ft/r .308 and this ammo shoots amazing through it. At 100 yards I was able to put 10 rounds in a quarter shooting the rifle as fast as I could. Would have shot it out and at 200 and farther, but ran out of ammo since I have another .308. Will write more when I test it out at 500yrds.

This is the TAP version of the Hornady A-MAX match ammunition and is every bit as accurate. I consistently get three shot groups at 0.57 inches or less through an FNAR at 100 yards. I've had one group that was under 0.4 inches...basically all the bullets through the same hole. Groups at 200 yards are still under an inch. The flash from the side of the rifle was not visible with the TAP ammo. This is excellent stuff and for me, as every bit as accurate as the Federal .308 Gold Match.

This ammo I have used to place in top 4 at NRA shooting events at 500 yards.I also killed a coyote at 874 yards verified by rangefinder from savage 10 with super sniper scope.This stuff shoots,I also used it Michigan on whitetails with no issues to 300 yards.1000 yard accuracy avgs about 7 inches with stock gun without mods,shooting factory Hornady ammo.Hornady makes the most consistant and reliable ammo out there.Cant say enough....

Purchased two boxes of this ammo and went to the shootin' range. Sighted in a REM 700 bull bbl. w/ HS PRESISION stock and 3.5-10x50 LEUPOLD scope which I had just mounted. All shots were off a bench w/sandbag. Fired a three-shot group just under the size of a quarter @ 50yrds. to get it on paper. Adjusted elevation and windage to center the scope and fired another the shot group. All three shots touched each other dead center of target at 50 yrds. Moved out to 100yrds. ,turned elevation up 2" high of center and had another 3-shot group just under 1" spread. Okay big deal , everything worked like it should. Then I tried the ammo in a SPRINGFIELD ARMORY SAR-8 w/ a LEEPERS 4x scope @ 100yrds. and had the same results! Then I shot three rounds bang, bang, bang as quick as I could pull the trigger. Grouped just over 1" @ 100yrds!!! AWSEOME AMMO!!! Try it you'll like it!

This has to be the best ammo I have shot out of my .308 everything about it is amazing the grouping and how accurate it is at long distances I got out 1300 meters and the round hit 1.5" below center. I like this ammo so much this is all I am going to use from now on. This deffently worth every cent.

Shot two boxes of this fine quality ammo out of my M-1A Super Match. here are the results. 100 yard resting: 1/2 inch groupings SUB MOA!!! 500 yards resting: 1 1/2 average witgh groupings as low as 1 inch. 1000 yards resting. groupings dramatically changed 4 1/2 inch average with one called flyer at 6 1/2 inches. awesome ammo the spectacular results speak for themselves. the most accurate .308 ammo I have ever tried. the ability to accuratly take out human targets at 1000 yards is unbelievable, let alone with a semi-auto.
