I bought the gun sack to cover a Lee Enfield rifle WITHOUT a scope mounted. The material stretches easily. However, you have to be careful not to snag any sharp points of the rifle (the front sight on an Enfield)on the inside of the gun sock when putting the rifle in the sock. It fits my Enfield just right and I was able to easily close the drawstring. I would give this product 4 out of 5 stars.
