I bought two of these to keep the scratches and nicks down on some of my rifles while they are in my gun safe. The socks are definitely long enough for any rifle I’ve ever seen. I wanted to be able to cover the nice wood on my brand new M1A NM and it does the trick. I put the other one on my son’s 10/22, but it was a little harder to get on due to the mounted scope – It still works though. All and all it was a good buy.

I buy one for every long arm I have. They keep the dust off and they're especially useful if you're poor like I am and don't have a safe yet. But I love these simple solutions.

this is a great gun sock i can smell the oil's on it it comes with a good drawstring and also has a small tag on the bottem with a place to write whitch gun it is. Will fit almost any kind of rifle or shotgun streaches plenty great to use for transporting guns to the field or storing in your case. I would buy agine.

This product is great. If you are in need of transporting a big gun around in public and don't want to scare off potential dates, this is a great *cheap* way of doing it. I have one, and it swallows up a large rifle with optic--no problem. Other potential uses could be for extra-greedy children at christmas time or people with really long feet. That would be more "sock" then "gun sock" at that point. I was perfectly satisfied with the quality of this product. It does exactly as the ad states. Its a gun sock.
