These are rated at 1800 FPS, I have not verified that with the chronograph, but I will trust that it is near that. So at 1800 feet per second and 1/4 ounce (109ish grain) projectile will produce 784 foot pounds of muzzle energy... That's equal to if not more powerful than a 6" barreled 357 magnum. These lil' buggers will give your .410 some major power, I use them in my converted Saiga. They are pretty accurate (2" at 50 yards). I also use them in my pops old Mossberg .410 bolt action with a modified choke, and they are even more accurate (A good sighting system would help, using a bead here...). They feed flawlessly in both the .410 weapons. Too bad they aren't cheaper but hey, they are worth every penny to get that sort of performance out of a platform that was mean't for barely taking out birds...
