I bought one for my XD 40. It's easily adjustable and very comfortable. It's practically tailor made for me. Your XD will lock right in, then you can adjust the screw so it holds with your preferred amount of tension. It's a good, solid holster with no signs of cheapness! 360 degree locking positions make it compatible all along your waistline.

I have two of these holsters. One which I use in USPSA competition shooting and CCW carry, the second is mounted beneath my work desk where it is ready all the time. The Roto design lets me tailor the angle better than any other paddle holster I own. Most others offer only 3 cants, the Fobus offers 360 degrees of positions so it can be tailored to any cant for any position carry. The pistol is held in place securely yet will release when drawn. No straps or locks which get in the way of the draw or reholstering.
