Ordered my kukri, got here pretty quick, sharp as hell straight out of the box. Shaved all the hair off of my left arm showin' my friends how sharp it is. The blade is nice and strong. Sharp edge for chopping, cutting. Then flip it over for cracking stuff open. Awesome knife. But like most, I do not think the sheath matches the quality of the blade. Pretty sure that the plastic ring on the bottom won't stand up to a real world survival situation, should have made it out of metal like the top ring. But for the price I can't complain. ctd has the best price I could find it for on the Internet. That's why I always come here first and then compare to other sites. 9 times out of 10 can't find it anywhere cheaper. I do recommend this knife.

I got my purchase in good order yesterday. This machete seems to be a great buy for the price. It has a well built comfortable handle and mine was sharp enough to shave with out of the box. The only thing I was not real impressed with was the sheath. It was a bit on the cheesy side but I did not let that affect my rating. I think this blade was built to last a long time.

First off let me say that i already own a kukri blade. Its high carbon and incredibly sharp so when i got this one i had my doubts. All i can say is i had to put my foot in my mouth because this one is absolutly matched it and is great for the price. thanx ctd
