Holds my 13 round Glock 21 mags very well. They stayed in place while running and jumping. Good buy for Glock 21.

As I stated earlier this product is too loose for the PT145 mags, I did however find one that fits. The item numbers are 12282 or 50178.

I got this pouch for my PT145 and my mags are way too loose.. I am sure the bigger mags fit just fine but not the compacts. If you plan on using this for the PT145 mags DO NOT BUY it..

This item is great! It holds the glock 21 .45 acp mag firmly in the pouch until it is needed. Mags are easily accessible. No fumbling around with flaps, velkro or snaps. Well built. Love it! Thanks CTD!

I'd suggest a mag pouch with a cover rather than this, the magazines for my Taurus pt-145 fit very lose and fall out when I run. Extra ammo doesn't do any good when it's 50 yards behind you in a random location in the dirt.
