This is a nice clamp. I got it for my Mossberg 500 shotgun, and it works pretty good. Clamps onto the barrel nice, and holds my Mini Mag-light right where I need it. It takes some re-tighting after the first couple shots, but after that it holds just fine.

Very sturdy built, works great as a light holder on an 870 Wingmaster. I seen the 2 bad reviews about not able to mount it to an 870. Not sure what they are doing wrong but it is tight as heck on my 870. Light will not move at all.

Mounted this on my Winchester 1200 Defender with a Mini-Mag light. It does the job in a very simple manner. No real complaints, especially for the cost.

I used this item for several different purposes. First I used it to add the new Mini Maglite LED to my shotguns. I read a review that stated after a few shots the flashlight comes lose. I wrapped black electrical tape around the mini maglite, and it gave the flashlight the extra grip it needed. It doesn't move at all even with rapid fire. Also, I used this product to add a top sling swivel to my model 1400 Winchester. Simply put it on the barrel and the retaining magazine cap. It worked like a charm. Great product with many adaptations. Very sturdy. But certainly needs the electrical tape around the flashlight.
