I already had a 12 gauge, 40 cal and 223 cal sets. I use them regularlly. Got these (45cal) for my 1911. These are a "must have". I keep one mag for each type seperated from my regular mags. Pull out a weapon, pop in a snap-cap mag and have a safe and cheap practice session. Practicing the stance/grip/front-site/breath/squeeze and follow-thru using these is almost as good as a trip to the range. You can improve your shooting while watching a movie! Well, minus the noise and recoil.

They are well built and work fine in a Springfield XD and a 1911. An excellent training tool for conditions of carry and operation of the weapon, especially going from condition zero to condition two. You don't want to practice decocking a 1911 with a live round in the pipe. Highly recommended; in fact, everybody with a .45 should have these.
