| If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund, credit or replacement.
The following products are non-refundable*: food, ammunition, air guns, ATN products, black powder guns, night vision, target throwers, limited quantity and sale items. We will not accept returns on these items.

| Please follow these 3 easy steps to return an item: |
| Step 1: |
Call us at 800-421-8047 or email Customer Service. We will issue you
a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Write this RMA# on the return FedEx label that was included with your purchase. If you do not have this return label, we can send you one. A shipping charge of $5.00 may be deducted from your refund. |
| Step 2: |
Pack up the product to be returned and fill out the return form located on the back of the invoice you received with your order.
You can also click here to fill out your return form online. NOTE: All products not returned in the original packaging with all the original paperwork
are subject to a 25% restocking fee. |

Drop off the package at a FedEx location. You can call FedEx for drop off locations at 1-800-Go-FedEx or you can visit FedEx online at FedEx.com. |
