U.S. Rep. Scalise Introduces NSSF-Backed Firearms Interstate Commerce Reform Act
NEWTOWN, Conn -(Ammoland.com)- U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.) has introduced the Firearms Interstate Commerce Reform Act (HR 3335) to allow for the out-of-state sale of handguns to law-abiding citizens. This NSSF-supported measure corrects an antiquated restriction on the purchase of legal products from federally licensed retailers located in a different state.
