Placing a back ordered item in your shopping cart will automatically place your entire order
on hold. This means that your order WILL NOT SHIP until all back ordered items have arrived in stock.
If you want the in-stock items shipped before the back ordered item(s) arrive, you must contact Customer Service at 1-800-421-8047 or via email on our contact page. You will incur a separate (additional) shipping charge to send your back ordered items separately. You will not be billed for back-ordered items until they ship. |
