We have found a source for African hides and artifacts, each hide is hand selected for its pattern and color and tanned to perfection by a local South African tannery with generations of experienced craftsman. Antelope run wild throughout South Africa and are a major food source for the local tribes. As these are natural hides; colors, patterns, and sizes will vary and some shedding of the soft hair is expected. These are one of a kind gifts!.

Patch work patterned star mats contain different parts of the hide sewn together to create an exquisite piece of artwork. Each mat measures about 46-48" and are precision stitched so all you see is the aesthetics of each hand crafted mat.
