Well....it does what you'd expect it to. However, you have to wear it higher on the leg and pretty tight if you don't want it to slip. Even then, it eventually will. Basically, you can use it with pants/jeans and just know it will always sit around the ankle. Also, you probably want to wear it UNDER socks because the zipper knocks around when you walk and makes you sound like a cat with a bell on.
