I purchased this a few weeks ago and am very pleased with it. I would recommend pulling it down around your waist (not up around your belly). I ware an under shirt tucked into underwear and the belly band over that. I also wear loose pants that can fit around the gun. I put my Glock 27 and 1 extra mag in and drove about 3 hours to go shopping with my wife. It got a little uncomfortable near the end of the drive, but when I got out of the car and began to walk around, it was fine. I've carried with this product several times now and it is fine to walk around in and do general movements. I've even jogged out to the car with it on and it does fine. It does run small, so adjust accordingly.

ok, but not secure

I haven't yet taken my CCL class, so I have only used this belly band so far during practice-carries in my own home and on my own land. But I already know that it desperately needs a top-strap of some sort (just elastic fabric and velcro would do...) in order to be truly secure. My S&W Model 60 rode OK in it when I was just standing up or clamly walking around. And speed loaders fit into the holster pockets pretty well too. But I'm the type who also bends over in the garden, gets down to play with my dogs, or lays down for an occasional nap. Unfortunately, the Ace Belly Band is NOT secure for such activities. My revolver came loose or fell-out during any of these activities. If you are the type who squats down to tend to your kids, or does a little yoga during a free moment, or just MOVES in any way besides walking upright and sitting in a good posture, then this holster is probably NOT safe or appropriate. I'll also agree that the fit is snug. I've got a 34" or 35" waist (i.e.- my 36" Carhartts still fit baggy, but the 34-inch'ers are snug), and the 30-38" band is pretty tight on me.

Great

I can wear this in the summer with a dark t-shirt and not worry about "imprinting." Great for someone tired of carrying inside the pants. I can also tuck my shirt in on dressy occasions and still be concealed well.

Works

Don't go jumping any fences or hanging upside down, also I wear a size 38 jean and the 30-38 is more like a 30-36. 38 is a bit too tight, looks like I've got to lose a few more pounds.
