ok, but not secure

I haven't yet taken my CCL class, so I have only used this belly band so far during practice-carries in my own home and on my own land. But I already know that it desperately needs a top-strap of some sort (just elastic fabric and velcro would do...) in order to be truly secure. My S&W Model 60 rode OK in it when I was just standing up or clamly walking around. And speed loaders fit into the holster pockets pretty well too. But I'm the type who also bends over in the garden, gets down to play with my dogs, or lays down for an occasional nap. Unfortunately, the Ace Belly Band is NOT secure for such activities. My revolver came loose or fell-out during any of these activities. If you are the type who squats down to tend to your kids, or does a little yoga during a free moment, or just MOVES in any way besides walking upright and sitting in a good posture, then this holster is probably NOT safe or appropriate.
I'll also agree that the fit is snug. I've got a 34" or 35" waist (i.e.- my 36" Carhartts still fit baggy, but the 34-inch'ers are snug), and the 30-38" band is pretty tight on me.
