This is the original Speedy Stitcher Sewing awl with 2 needles and a bobbin of coarse thread.
Handy tool sews a
lock stitch like a machine on any heavy material. Includes a
straight needle, curved needle, 30 yards of waxed thred, and easy to follow instructions.
Order extra thread in Coarse (ZAA-008), or Fine (ZAA-009). We also
stock a three pack of extra needles (ZAA-007). Put one in your survival kit, or keep one in your travel
bag or backpack for emergency repairs that last.

I have used this for years to sew up tents, gloves, clothes, sleeping bags, packs, and tarps. Still needle allows you to quickly repair material and strong string makes the repair permante. Very nice tool to have in your gear box.
