GameShot Tactical SoftAir GSG-X8. Full sized and heft. Rifle shoots single shot or full auto. This Air Gun uses .12 Gram BB pellets (Item # Soft-200, Soft-201, Soft-205 or Soft-206).

| This gun STINKS!! When I bought it it worked for a little while but the it would always jam. And when it did work it would shoot at like 120fps!
I would NOT recommend this gun, especially if you don't have a lot of airsoft experience. DO NOT GET THIS GUN!!!!!!! |

| dont buy it, its the worst gun ive ever had. broke in about 16 hours, and im not one of those insane ppl who goes through 3 guns in a day. my gun went from ok to... not firing semi-auto, trigger locking up after a few shots, bad aim, power loss, clip not holding many bbs, and so on. This just shows u should only buy things made by the softair company itself. And, knowing some ppl, they wont listen to this, but please do, its a waste of money. (no offense meant by this) try not to buy things made in china |

| I bought this gun for my son. It came with recharger, starter pack of pelllets... etc...the usual stuff. Instruction sheet was not very helpful. NO OWNERS MANUAL for trouble shooting. Long story short, the battery was charged for 10 hours (first time charge) it only shot a few times...not even enough to use all the white starter pellets and it is jammed. There is no manual to see how to un-jam it. There is no PDF file online either. The only thing left to do is return it and buy something that is made by "air-soft". Big disappointment. It has metal working mechanisms and I thought this would be a good quality gun...NOPE! Take your money and add some extra and get a better gun than this one! The few times it did fire I was not impressed. No power or real accuracy! A true waste of $69.99. |

| Alright people, let's get on this.
I play airsoft a lot, and I own this particular weapon, it's nice but only to an extent.
Power: Not so great, shoots .12g bbs at about 260 FPS, giving you about 230 FPS with a .2, which though it gives you more accuracy, decreases range from 75 feet (effective) to 50 or so feet (effective).
Build: Decent. This definately isn't TM or CA build, but it is still very sturdy, no creaks or groans. No barrel wobble since it's a one piece enclose barrel. My main complaint is the shoddy finish and RIS rail you have to attach to the top of the gun.
Preformance: Ooooh....well No. Not great. The battery is small, the compartment for it is small, and the cover on it comes off. It is great for backyard battles, i.e. ranges of around 35 to 70 feet. In a serious skirmish not so much. Would maybe be an OK CQB weapon because of the decent ROF and low power.
Overall...I would say this is a good gun, but not good enough for the serious airsofter. Get it as a wall hanger, or as a gun so you can play with your little siblings, like I did.

| When I first got this gun it was pretty awesome,I lit one of my friends up in a bush at his house. I would say this is a great entry level AEG. The gun looks great too!
PROS:
high rate of fire
looks intimidating
feels great
adjustable stock
CONS:
small magazine capacity
rubber battery cover, (falls off sometimes)
kinda' low power
Buy it for "Back Yard Battles"

| this gun is a bad ass but the ownly bad thing about this gun is, it is not as powerful as you may think and i wish you could buy more clips for this gun, you will use up alot of ammo real quick, but all in all this gun will tear up your enemies. |

| Over all I thought this gun was very good. The directions were a little hard to figure out, I had to put it together by guessing what goes where. The mag was also very small so I ran out fast. So I was wondering if anybody knows where to find some more mags because I can't find them at any store or on any web site. If u know send a new reveiw telling me where to look. Great gun though!!!!! |

MP5 Sub Machine Gun, Silencer, Collapsible Stock and a Double Eagle H&K G36 Assault Rifle, Scope, all i have for the g36 is the holographic scope no stock for it but it is a good gun though

| it's a decent gun. it's pretty accurate, although hard to aim. just follow the last round and you'll be ok. it's kind of like shooting with tracer rounds when you use full auto. the flashlight works well and helps in dark situations, especially in close combat. but the sight is a peice of crap. like others said, it's blurry, the red dot was off center, and it broke off when i dropped in onto a blanket from about a foot. so definately do not buy it for the red dot sight. it's not that powerfull, so it's really only good for spraying or cover fire. if you just want to screw around with your friends this thing is pretty fun, but if you want serious airsoft battles and something to strike fear into the hearts of your enemies, this is definately not it. i do more damage with my spring powered pistol. |

| It's a very cool looking gun but i think thats it. its accurate, but slow. it'll smoke someone if you hit'em. the clip capacity isnt very good especially if you dont conserve ammo. i wud say its a good starter aeg. |

| Overall not a bad gun. Has about as many pros as cons, though. First off, it looks awesome. It is also very precise even on full auto (can blow the center out of my targets), but mine is fairly inaccurate, seeing as it shoots 5-6 inches low and there is no way to adjust your sites. It is very hard to see through the sights since the lens seems to blur everything. This gun is kind of weak but I wonder if it's possible to install a more powerful motor to achieve a higher fps. The flashlight worked for me and I never have to hold the gun upside down or anything. The documentation that came with my gun was very poor. The instructions were not detailed enough so I had to guess about how to put it together. Also, it doesn't say how long the battery needs charged for. I assumed that the light on the charger would turn off when it was done charging but I guess it doesn't so I had it on for about 8 hours (you would think it would be done charging by then). This gun goes through ammo like it's going out of style. I would recommend buying extra clips for battles, otherwise it doesn't take that long to reload since it comes with a nifty speed loader. Overall this gun is a decent buy, but it would be better with a stronger motor and better instructions. |

| Not very good at all. The only way it shoots every time is if you hold it upside down. And it is very weak. And plus the flashlight that came with it does not work and the scope you cant even see through. I was very dissapointed. Very cool looks but does not perform well. I would not recomend anyone buy this if they want a gun that works. |

| This was my first airsoft gun. When I opened the box and took the gun out I was suprized, it had a good weight and seemed to have a decent build quality. Once I got it loaded I set up a target 10 feet away and shot a few bbs on Semi, and only half went through the sheet of paper. On Full Auto, not a single bb went through the sheet of paper. I don't know of any other gun that is that weak, even my mini MP5 shoots harder than that. I reccomend looking at almost any other Airsoft gun, this one is too weak to be any good. |

| its a good gun
but has one problem, when you fill the clip over 25 BBs it does not fire on every shot'maybe every 25 or so. works good upside-down all the time

| About every month me & my friends have airsoft wars, and this gun is my weapon of choice. The moment I saw this gun I fell in love with it. It was my first airsoft gun and it has never let me down. I seem to always win with it! We use lots of guns that you will see on this website, like various M16s, and UZI or two, and several shotguns. This gun has great accuracy and my friends say it hurts like heck. The only problem I have with it is its magazine. I highly reccomend that you buy more than one magazine for this gun, because when this baby is in fully automatic, it runs out FAST!! Its also looks awesome!!! |

| This is a pretty all around good gun. It fires pretty far and has excellent accuracy. I might add that you might want to buy spare magazines for this gun, to be more specific 2 to clip onto the magazine it comes with (it has the mag clamps) because on full auto it will run out pretty quickly. Overall this is a really good gun with great looks. |
