I got this mount for my K-31. I couldn't move the mount forward far enough to mount my intended Bushnell 3-6X LER scope; too much eye relief at maximum available eye to scope distance. Guess what? By moving the weaver rail all the way to the back I could mount a standard rifle scope! Tried a Redfield 6-18X first, eye relief about 3"-- perfect! Then mounted an old Weaver V8 (2.5-8X)-- also perfect. My K-31 looks like a sniper rifle with the old style scope. Only problem is that scope blocks free ejection and loading, but with the straight pull bolt feeding is no problem. You won't get this option with the S&K version of the mount, so buy the Weaver version!

i really like this mount. its fit to the sight base of the k31 is superb as well as solid. i kind of wish i would have gotten the s&k mounts but that is okay. this is made for the k31, not the k11, the other review should be discounted because it lowers the bullet count of this excellent item.

This was the cheapest mount for a schmidt rubin that I could find on the internet. It will fit a K31 but not a K11. I can't find anyone that makes a mount for a K11. You can make this work for a K11 but here's what you need to do. Remove Rear site and cut out 400 yards of on the curve. Make cuts on 1400 yards and 1900 yards (highest part of curve). YES CUT THE ORIGINAL REAR SIGHT. You will need to drill out the very small threaded holes with a 7/64" bit on this mount. This way the original pin will go through this mount. You will need to hone the hole witha little with a tiny round file. Fits on rifle solidly after that.
