I bought one of these and installed it on my Winchester 1300. It was pretty easy and I like the fact that I can customize the length of pull, plus it gives my shotgun that "tactical" look. Like most everyone else said, get the stock drop spacer to go with this because you'll need it. ATI products are guaranteed for life so there's really no excuse not to buy this.

A great stock and well worth the money. I installed on my Mossberg 590 and am very pleased with the look and feel of the gun. As other reviewers have said this stock does go straight back with very little drop at the comb, so the stock drop spacers for a couple extra bucks may be in order. Besides that it's a well built, durable product that should definitely be considered if your in the market for a new stock.

Bought this for my Mossberg 500 12 ga. I use a Williams receiver ghost ring and found the comb too high to be comfortable. Bought the ATI 1/2" comb drop adapter and it lines sights up perfectly. I'm buying one for my Mossberg 20ga now.

Used same one for years and works great. Could use a better recoil pad but no complaints. Just got a 5 shell holder that screwsw to it and I also like that too. I did find on another site a very thin drop down wedge spacer that goes between the rifle and butt stock that slightly angles it down for better position. Around $6 I think. Dont know if it works but I got it anyways. Search for ati drop spacer. Alot of people on websites give this stock crap but I really like it.

this stock is easy to install on my Mossberg 500a. It was a good fit no rattle not loose at all a great deal.

Bought this for my Mossberg 500. I wanted an adjustable stock with a pistol grip, which I find comfortable. Install was easy. although some have problems getting a sight picture with the standard bead, the extra height of the comb worked very well in raising my sight plane to my red dot sight and mount. While light, I use a ported barrel that seems to tame the recoil. My only minor complaint is that the butt rides on it's support with a wee bit of side to side play, even after it's locked. I've had no problem with it when shouldered. Good buy for me. Dave R

I just purchased this Butt Stock for my 870 Express Mag. It was really simple to switch out my old with the new... It only took 3 minutes. I have no problems with seeing the sights. Plus you need to take into account that you are adding it to a shotgun. As long as you can see about where you are shooting you will still hit your target. A great product and I would recommend it to everyone. I also got the 5 shot holder and that worked well. It mounted to the Butt Stock very simply. Good quality product and looks like it will hold up for a very long time.

this is a stock made for tactical purposes not hunting purposes. this is a stock that police and military uses. in order fo this stock to work for a hunter you have to make it fully tactical. you have to buy the ghost ring heat shield. i have 2 mavrick 88's with this same stock and i had the same hunting problems. after buying the heat shield with ghost ring sights i have no more problems. plus it actually looks way better..

I just recieved my butt stock for Christmas. I have been wanting this for years. After installing an ajustable butt stock on my SKS, I wanted one for my Mossberg 500-A even more. It took me less than 3 minutes to install. I notice that it is hard to line up the sights. After reading other reviews, it seems to be the problem with most people as well. This might be a set back but before saying anything bad, I am going to try a heat shield with ghost rings to raise the point of sight. The quality apears to be good and looks great. ATI made it so easy to install.

dont buy this product, it makes your gun kick 2 times harder. it also has a way way too high eye relief you couldnt aim unless u have a really skiny face dont buy it unless u are going to shoot and not aim

Since this stock is adjustable, it enabled me to get the perfect stock length for me to be 100% comfortable. (Also helps make the shotgun more compact when moving around tight spaces.) The pistol grip allows for great control, and I have been very happy with that. The one complaint that I have is a very slight rattle, but it is minimal and I can overlook that. I installed this on my Winchester 1300 Defender. It was very, very easy to install. I would have given it 5 stars, but the rattle between the components caused me to penalize the rating by a star. Overall, I'm very happy with it and it was well worth the money.

I bought this stock as a way to turn my mossberg 500 into "Tacital Turkey" gun for a cheap price. I put it on (it was easy) and was delighted with the looks. Then...I put it to my shoulder and discovered the drop on the comb was almost an inch higher than the factory Mossberg stock making it practically impossible to line up the two shotgun beads on the barrel without SMASHING your face down into the stock to get a proper lineup. I almost have to turn my head completely sideways to get a lineup on the beads. WHAT WAS ATI THINKING? Somebody needs to redesign it so it matches the factory drop in the comb.

Just purchased this Shotforce Butt Stock for my 12 guage Mossberg 88. It was easy to install and greatly improves the look of the gun. Adjustable stock makes easy for other shooters to use. I deffinetly recommend this item, if you are looking for a pistol grip with stock, this is it, great price too....

Excellent quality, easy to operate, comfortable grip and shoulder pad. Also purchased the 5 shot shell holder and it was perfect for me because I am left handed. Didn't get 5 bullets because the directions for installation were confusing and I had to call the company for help. That might have been my fault because I am not too gun savvy. I will definitely recommend it for any shotgun. Looks cool, too.
