GREAT BUY, 05/01/2008 |

| Bought this scope on Saturday and mounted it on Monday to qualify and with three clicks it was dead on. Best buy for the money. |
Defective, 04/28/2008 |
| Reviewer: Bill |
| Never written one of these before but felt I needed to on this one. Some have had good luck with this scope, I have not. I got the scope several months ago and was slow getting it on a rifle. The first thing I notices was the cross hairs were sloped. I thought it was the scope but then realized that it had been mounted incorrectly. The screws in the mount were drilled incorrectly and it was rotated about 5 degrees. In addition it will not hold a setting. I will zero it in and then it starts moving. It will change in two shots to 6 to 8 inch off at 100 years. So when I fired a Farrell Hog at 350 years it hit the ground 25 yards in front. Remounted my old heavy scope and hit dead on the next day. There seams to be a quality control problem with this item. If you purchase one, check it out immediately, don't wait like I did. |

Fit the bill, 03/10/2008 |
| Reviewer: Lex |
| Read the reviews on the P4 and decided to give it a try on my new M4. This scope totally fits the bill for what I wanted. I was originally looking for a compact rubber-armored scope with at least a 3x zoom and a sniper reticle. I give the P4 five bullets because I was able to exceed my expectations under budget. The 9x zoom, adjustable illuminated reticle and see through lens covers are a bonus. Let's face it, you generally don't encounter satisfaction at this price. Granted, it's not among the upper echelon scopes, but it was the perfect buy for my carbine. Also, this thing printed surprisingly close to where I was aiming without adjustment. No need for a boresight. Looks good, too. |
Nice Scope, 03/07/2008 |

| Very nice scope for the price. It came with an extra battery for the illuminating cross hairs. Easy to mount on AR 15 handle/ M 4 carbine. |
Defective, 02/29/2008 |
| Reviewer: Dustin |
| I got this scope yesterday, mounted it and shot at a 50yard target, it was shooting 1ft high, and 6 inches to the right. I checked the scope for any defects an I noticed the mount had a stripped screw which caused the scope to be off balance and not sitting correctly in the mounts brackets. I sent it back for a refund and will be buying a ACOG. Its a very good scope, nice quality, maybe I just have bad luck. |
Completely Satisfied, 02/04/2008 |

| I'm very impressed with this scope, I was a little skeptical with the low cost, however the scope is very well made and just as suitable as the highend thousand dollar scopes. I would definitely recommend this item as an alternative to buying a scope worth more than your AR-15. Very fast shipping and great email communication as well. |
Better Than Expected, 02/02/2008 |

| Thus far I've only ran into one problem with this scope: as others have mentioned, the flip up lens covers are cheap and fall apart easily -not a big deal to me. It mounted quick and easy and was dead on target at 100 yards without a single click of adjustment... it almost made me mad that I bought a bore sighter when I got this scope as it wasn't needed. I have to say this is probably the best budget scope out there. |

| I'll be honest straight away..I haven't fired a round with the scope mounted to my AR yet...BUT...I can't help but share the experience.
On a friends opinion I checked out cheaperthandirt.com for the first time a couple weeks ago. I've place two orders since then. Both have arrived with exactly what I ordered without question.
This particular order I placed for this scope and two 30 round mags. I ordered them just after midnight on Sunday night...essentially Monday morning.
I got home for lunch on Tuesday...less than 36 hours later and my package was here. WOW!! I've been ordering things online for years now and have never gotten delivery service like this...even when paying $30-$40 for super priority.
I rated this a 4 just because I haven't used the scope for it's intended purpose yet...but I assure you, if it performs near what I expect I'll come back and make this a 5.
On a side note, I can only think of 3 times in my life where I've left a comment on a product or a company, be it positive or negative.

Scope this one out, 10/26/2007 |
| Reviewer: TLANG |
| On a hunch I bought this scope for my AR-15 Bushmaster. AND, my hunch was right. This is an awesome little scope that fits perfect. Came with the weaver style mount attachments, went right on with no problem. I would recommend this scope to those who don't want to spend a fortune for a light compact tactical scope. Its held up perfectly so far....for the money?????? Absolutely no complaints. Its definately worth the try. TLANG |

can't beat it for the price, 01/08/2007 |
| Reviewer: Coyote hunter |
| Bought one and put on my Bushmaster .223 and three chicks up and two laft and was dead on at 100 yds. Had a doe out in the corner of one of my 40's 330 yds away "road kill for bait" and took the 1 million watt spot light out to the blind and put the fawn call on. The Coyotes we're calling out for each other and started to move in on the scent or call. One found the Doe and let out that screech to call the others and when I had 8 or so moving in across the 40 acres all open started picking them off one by one. The lighted recticle really works great as does the yard markers. By spring I'll have the Coyote population down as a few of my friends are ordering them for the same purpose. Dropped a nice 8 pt.opening day where he stood about 80 yds. Can't as for a better scope at any price. |
never even zeroed it, 01/04/2007 |
| Reviewer: 11C 101st |
| i never even zeroed it. i took it out of the box and mounted it and not much to my surprise, the reticle was crooked. thought it was my AR but upon closer examination, i noticed that the holes for mounting the scope were tapped crooked. there's no amount of shimming that will make the reticle straight and no other way to correct this defect. the scope looks good though. get what you pay for adage applies here. |
Comment on bullet drop, 12/14/2006 |
| Reviewer: The Dragon |
| Although I dont own this scope, I have used it, but not enough to give a fair review.
HOWEVER when you adjust for bullet drop you ARE changing the verticle adjustment PERIOD. You simply have to return it to the point of zero after havinf made the shot(s) you adjusted for. This goes for Every SIGHT THAT ALLOWS FOR BULLET DROP COMPENSATION, be they iron or optical. |
good for the price, 11/17/2006 |
| Reviewer: aggie_tx |
| Good bang for the buck. But dont expect the flip down covers to last long. They keep popping off and eventually broke. I have not had trouble with the verticle adjustment getting messed up. It is nice and light and pretty much stays sighted in. I am happy with it. |
No Problems Noted So Far, 11/16/2006 |
| Reviewer: Max |
| I have not had the problem with the drop compensator on this scope. It has functioned as it is supposed to without a hitch. Maybe I am just lucky, but I have had good service now for about two months and about 1500 rounds.

Not Bad, 11/14/2006 |
| Reviewer: Brian |
| Good reticle & zoom. You can see the shots clearly at 100yds. You cannot use the range compensator (to adjust for bullet drop over distance) because it screws up the verticle adjustment of the sights when you turn it. But if you leave it set at 100yds, its a good scope. |
