This is a great scope for the money. The dust covers are a bit of a joke, but oh well. It gathers a lot of light and has good magnification. I have one on my Saiga conversion and I like the fact that it has a laser built in so you don't have to have a lot of accessory rails. Overall good buy.

Its a good scope for the money you cant really see the blue on the cross hairs on a bright day but at night with a spotlight it is awsome. But the laser is inacurate and cheap but would be cood for home deffense or close close shooting the covers are a joke they pop off and get anyoing but the soom is really good its pretty clear. Over all a really good scope.

Hello; I've owned this scope for a few months now. The red visible laser isn't very tactical; accurate and the battery will drain quickly until dead if left on for 10min or so. The laser is NOT visible in sunlight nor any real daytime conditions. The lens cover reflects brightly your position and as such is NOT tactical also they fall off easily..I just took mine off permanently. You have to be very careful not to over tighten the scope on the rail as it will be ruined if you do...there is an adjustment screw on the bottom for that. The L.E.D blacklight for the scope leaks through the front once again giving away your position if for tactical reasons..I just took out the batteries completely. If you want to use this scope just for the optics it's not bad but you might find a better deal consider the battery operated parts are just a useless toy.

So I ordered two of these, one for a buddy and one for myself. The first two had a problem with the reticle's "slanted to the side". Sent both units back and exchanged for new ones. CTD was blazing fast on the exchanges. The customer service with these guys is out of this world! Super friendly and helpful!! I recieved the new units and both looked great. Installed on my AR and zeroed in very nice. This is a very nice unit for the money! Very solid and nice features. Sure it may not be a ACOG but it also doesnt cost over a thousand bucks. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Well worth the price!

purchased this scope for my A-R, love all the features it has, however the glass is not the best, not as clear as i thought it should be, I think for the money you can get better glass and just add the other features, it will cost you a little more but i think you will be more satisfied in the long run.

NcStar, a California based Co. ( who like everyone else now receives their parts from abroad ) has a very high quality product. I compared this to my Trijicon and like this one better for my M&P 15. Viewing clarity is tops with a clean, crisp reticle. The laser really tops it off for lowlight situations. I also have an NcStar Laser/Flashlight combo on my xd40 and bought one for father's day for my pop's glock 19. You cannot beat this price and quality!

This scope is awesome. The blue illuminated reticle has multiple adjustments. From completely off, down one notch turns laser and reticle on. Up one from off, turns reticle on. The zoom function is sweet. A note... it's not really a quick attach/detach on a weaver rail. You'll spend some time getting it to fit just right. Also, the scope cover on the eyepiece is a pain in the ass to open. Closes too tightly so that you need a knife to open it, with the end result that it just pops off entirely. I just ended up leaving it off.

I like all the features of this scope, It has a blacklight inside the scope. I still need to mount with the quick release, confident it will be good.

This scope is made by NcStar (aka made in china) and I LOVE IT. Before getting this I asked a friend about NcStar and he said he heard bad things however, after looking for weeks for a similar price and features this was all I could find. VERY CLEAR Sight picture, sturdy, and has a laser that is adjustable. Quick release base for easy on easy off.....I can't say enough.....If you buy this and do not like it I would be supprised.
