Ordered this little beauty and it was back ordered for a bit, when I finally got it, I installed it and then tried it out but the loading of the magazine made it quit working, when I removed it and checked the batteries it worked once more, but when I loaded the magazine it quit working. Like the pressure was making something either short out or lose connection. I returned it for another since this is a really great way to install a laser on shotguns. We shall see in the future how well it preforms. The logic is there just the execution is faulty. Plus made in china so quality control might be a problem.

I like this product but I did have it fail to work after some quick fire drills on my 870 Rem. It worked again after switcing the switch off and on a few times . It was deadly with 2&3/4"Slugs @ 10 yards point of aim from the hip , bulls eye every time in daylight. You can count on this if you need to use deadly force up to 10 yards as tested. Note:You will lose one round in the magazine due to its size ,3 in stead of 4. Tested with both 2&3/4,00 buck and slugs .

Looks good functions well. However it will only thread 2 turns instead of the required 4 turns on a Mossberg 500. The thread depth is just to short for a proper seat to be secure and weather tight. If it threaded on I would be very pleased with the unit

The Laser works good. The only thing I found is that it says it doen't change magazine capacity. I have two Remington 870's, ones a Mag, and ones a express. I bought one for each of them. Both held 4 in the magazine tub. With the Laser on, they only hold 3.

This is a good product but will not fit mossberg 500 or 590. I mounted it in front of the mag tube with a tube extension bracket on my 500. It works good like that but not as listed. If I ordered it for a remington I would give it five bullets.

This laser fit perfectly on my Remington 870. It is well worth the money. It paid for itself the first time I used it.

This item looks great and the laser is bright, but it does not work on a Mossberg 500 sport. It's also about 3in. long 2in. of it is in the tube losing a round.

This is a great laser and I'm sure it works perfectly for the Remington 870's but it does not work on the Mossberg 500 or at least the Mavrick 88, which I read is the same shotgun, just without the added safety precautions. I am thinking about getting some sort of adapter for it or rig some rifle scope mounts on the barrel, thats how impressed I am with the product.
