Black fiberglass ventilated handguard which fits the Ruger 10/22 Rifle. Easy to install, snaps in place and does not cover the entire barrel. Covers the rear sight, which sticks up through a cut out in the handguard. Not made by Ruger.
Will Not Work on the Ruger 10/22 International rifle, only the Ruger Standard 10/22 rifle. Cheaper Than Dirt 2202

cracked at weak points when pressing on to barrel. was also about 1/18 inch too long and required some modifications to fit and some krazy glue to hold it together. the next time i take my 10/22 apart, i will have to purchase another one of these from somewhere else.

Handgaurd requires some effort to snap onto the barrel, but once it's on it's not going anywhere. Great thing about this handgaurd is that you can still remove your barrel from the stock without having to remove the handgaurd, unlike other handgaurds that require you to screw the handgaurd to the stock. Works well and looks good on Hogue overmolded stocks. It dresses up the 10/22 nicely and really gives it a more "tactical" look. Only thing that could be better on this product would be the finish on it, keeping me from giving it a 5 bullet rating. Other than that it's a quality product that I would recommend to anyone who owns a 10/22 with a standard barrel. "Rollin with the Dueces"

If you have a blued barrel this will scratch the heck out of it, but once installed work good and looks cool.
