good bag for price, 03/27/2008 |
| Reviewer: Joe |
| For the price it is a great bag. Can you find a better bag at a higher price? Yes. If you purchase a bag that is too small for your needs, it is not the bags fault. |
Damn good pack!, 02/22/2008 |
| Reviewer: Alex |
| I purcased this pack over two years ago. When I first got it I found that the inside mesh pocket wasn't sewn properly at the bottom, but a little duct tape fixed that. Its worked great ever since then and I take it everywhere. This pack can do just about everything! Great price for a Great pack. |

| Having had a number of packs for a multitude of functions, this has beat them all. It carries all I need, and being molle adaptable,I am able to adjust it to fit the situation. You can't go wrong. |

| I bought this back pack about one year ago. About 6 months into using it, the top plastic strap holder (for lack of the correct term) broke. About a month after that the bottom broke. I contacted Cheaper than dirt for a replacement only to be gaffed off. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! |
disappointed backpack, 08/25/2007 |
| Reviewer: you get what you pay for |
| I had high hopes for the Level III Assauly backpack. I'm a sniper on a regional swat team and bought the backpack to carry my gear. 1st, the back pack is too small for my needs. 2nd, the bag started to come apart at the seams (No I did not over stuff it.). 3rd, the nyon pull tabs on the zippers keeps coming off. 4th the plastic buckles are cheap and on the verge of breaking. You get what you pay for! The backpack is now my day pack for hiking with the family. On the plus side I do like the Hydration system compatible holder and 5 stack compartments. |
Great Pack, 06/12/2007 |

| This Pack is Great. I picked one up at another site a few months ago, and regret paying a little extra vs. CTD!, but I'm happy.
The pack itself may be a little small, but despite other reviews, it isn't tiny. It holds everything I need, and I can always add pouches with the MOLLE system.
I have 2 .223 ammo pouches on the back, an EMT pouch one side, and a custom radio pouch on the other.
I can attach a knife nicely onto the side, and the Velcro on the back is great for anyone in Law Enforcement.
I'm happy with my pack, but my only caveat would be that if you are extremely large, or want to carry a lot of gear, you probably wont like the pack. It's an ASSAULT pack, so don't expect to fit a sleeping bag in it. |
Great for hunting, 03/23/2007 |
| Reviewer: Wayne |
| I wanted a pack to take hunting. So many are too wide, too heavy and don't allow room on your back to sling your rifle over your sholder. This pack is just perfect. For a days hunt it works well and when we are on dirt bikes it easily ties on the rack. It's light, compact , has many compartments for all the diferent items I carry when I hunt. It's well made versital and for the price. What a great buy. We all liked it so much three of the other hunters I hunt with bought and enjoy this pack also. |

I was so so exited for this pack but when it got here i coudn't even fit. I don't know if you can change the size but. It looks like it's made for 9 year olds. DON'T buy this pack unless you have a small child. |
Superb & Practical Mission Pack, 03/18/2007 |
| Reviewer: maxgusmc |
| This little pack is well put together & holds everything you need for a day's outing and more. The multiple compartments allow you to keep your different types of gear separated where it is also easy to get to. I added a Hydration Bladder to complete the package and am extremely happy with its versatility. |

Level III Assault pack, 02/20/2007 |
| Reviewer: lhoward |
| I liked the pack when I first started using it. After a few trips in the woods the main zippers started to fail. After a few months of use the buckle that attaches the shoulder strap to the pack broke. This buckle is not replaceable. |

| I purchased this not too long ago, and I'm really satisfied with it. It's lightweight but durable, fabric is very strong and I like the different compartments, perfect for my medical supplies. I'm a navy corpsman for the marines, and this bag is just perfect for the field. |

Delayed Disappointment, 01/07/2007 |

| Wow, just when I thought my search for a great little gear bag was over ,it has now begun again. Let me first say that I did not find out about the flaw in this gear bag until I owned it for about 1 year and not in the 30 days that CTD would honor a refund. In that time this little bag had met all my expectaions, then I found the flaw when I tried to install a molle pouch on the front webbing. Bam , a little stress on its molle webbing and it separated from the pack , making it useless, as there is no way to make a repair. The problem - the manufacturer did not heat seal the end of the cut nylon webbing before they sewed it to the pack, this allows the nylon to unravel when stress is put on it. This pack seemed to have great potential ,as the rest of it appears to be fine. I would say to anyone who may purchase one of these , give a good tug on all the molle strap connection points before the 30 day warranty is up, Good luck.... |
nice day pack, 01/05/2007 |

| the quality of this pack is great.. The material is tuff and well worth the money. The small pocket on the top is perfect for my garmin 276c gps. I only wish there was a port for an antenna.. Other than that the zippers work great, the straps are decent, and the stiching is'nt bad.. All in all the pack is a steal at the price. |

| This pack is great, it's good for hiking. The plastic buckles on the shoulder straps snapped after a run. A bit of 100mph tape fixed the buckles. |

| this is a very good deal for not a lot of $s ! the pack is exactly as described , it looks great seems to be standing up to my uses and occasional mistreatment ! there is a good amount of separate storage , i find this to be a big plus . i would recommend this mid size pack for the one day at a time hiker . this is another in a long series of purchases from the CHEAPER THAN DIRT company i personally have never had a problem with them and will continue to send my business their way . |
Best Back Pack, 11/19/2006 |
| Reviewer: Michael |
| This is best day pack you can get! Small and convenient size, but seems to hold all your gear, great tough fabric with wide opening and strong zippers. The straps are fully adjustable so you can make it fit like it should and you can remove the straps you don't like. Since it has the Molle webbing, you can add more pouches outside it you something specific you want quick access to. Really nice pack, hope the make them in more colors soon!
