GREAT product!!, 02/04/2008 |

| I am extremely pleased with this product. I actually purchased the OD one to match all of my gear. When I received this pack I was amazed at the quality for such a cheap price. The only thing was it came with a cheap bladder, not like the one in the pic. mine didnt even have a insulated tube cover and the bite valve was blue in color! no problem though, i took the bladder out of my old camelbak which already had a tube cover on it. if fit perfectly into my new pack. like I said it is great for the price. have used in on several SRT callouts and it works PERFECT. would tell others to definetly buy it but not so sure about the bladder. I am also going to buy the MOLLE backpack on this site. |
Carrier great for misc gear, 08/23/2007 |

| So I got this hydration carrier not too long ago and was quite pleased, until I actually used the bladder. The bite valve was sub-par, and the "connector port" between the tube and bladder leaked, big time. They say "you get what you pay for," and you certainly do with the bladder. But you get much more than that with the carrier. I rarely use hydration carriers to begin with, I carry water in my canteens plus water bottles in a dropleg dump pouch or in my assault pack, so I ditched the bladder on my lil bro (sucker!), and used the carrier as a "last ditch" pack. I put chemlights in it, paracord, kernamantle rope, etc. The carrier is also the perfect size for an MRE, and if you ditch the brown MRE bag and use big ziplocs for the entrees and accessories, you can fit 2 or 3 meals inside if you manage the space right.
Overall, I give it 4 Bullets. If you want a good hydration system, there's far better ones out there. But if you want a kickass little pack, this is it! |
MOLLE Hydration System, 07/23/2007 |

| I was impressed with the constrution of the MOLLE Hyration System. The material use is durable and constucted very well. It attached to my LBV in no time. The only problem that I saw was the drink tube/ bite valve. The tube was already kinked when I opened the box and the bite valve was not impressive. I fixed that problem by swaping my old camel back drink tube and bite valve, which also had the insulating cover on it. When I thew on my gear at drill, several other soldiers asked me where I had purched my MOLLE Hydration System. Where else CHEAPER THAN DIRT |

| I have a lot of molle gear and this carrier stands up to some of the higher end ( and MUCH higer priced ) carriers. I was floored with the quality of it when I got it home and on my LBE. It is large enough to hold the 100 oz / 3L bladders and the cool blankets. The only reason it didn't get a perfect rating was the cheaper quality tube and bite valve it came with. Those are cheap to upgrade however and the price of the carrier alone was well worth the purchase. I give it a big thumbs up. |
